At MMS Bags, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition they were received
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, packaging integrity, and product quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used bags
- Products not in original condition
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Custom, special-order, or bulk orders that were made or prepared specifically for the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item, defective item, or the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery through our Contact Us page. We may request photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- An incorrect item sent by us

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please contact us and we will help guide you with the best next step.
